01Acceptance of Terms

03Account Registration and Security

Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account termination.

bullwin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to protect their own credentials.

04Deposits

All deposits to bullwin are made in Philippine pesos (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Philippine banks. The current list of supported methods, along with applicable minimum and maximum amounts, is available within your bullwin account at the time of deposit.

Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those from family members, friends, or any shared account — are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered in your name, bullwin may hold the deposit, request documentation, and return the amount to the originating source pending investigation.

Deposit processing times vary by method. Some methods credit instantly while others may take up to one business day. bullwin is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or payment service provider. 05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bullwin must be directed to a Philippine payment account registered in the same name as your bullwin account. bullwin reserves the right to require identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above applicable thresholds.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and current processing times are displayed within your bullwin account. 06Game Rules and Results

09Account Suspension and Termination

bullwin may suspend or close a member account without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, failure to satisfy identity verification requirements, or ineligibility. In all such cases, the member will be notified as soon as practicable.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, bullwin may retain any balance in the account subject to applicable regulatory requirements and the outcome of any related investigation.

Before closing, all pending bets must be resolved and any applicable minimum balance requirements for withdrawal must be satisfied. 10Intellectual Property

All content on the bullwin platform — including but not limited to the bullwin brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software, written content, and structural design — is owned by or licensed to bullwin and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bullwin content without prior written permission.

Your bullwin membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
